In our bodies, we have something called fascia, which basically is a net that wraps around our muscles and organs. Often that fascia can become tight, especially when working out, which can then lead to a decreased range of motion and/or injury. To release that tension and tightness, you can use a foam roller to help message out the fascia. Check out this routine to learn where and how to foam roll in a safe and affective way, so you can keep your body flexible, mobile and healthy! This routine can be done before or after your workout or on a rest/recovery day!
