Project Description
Restorative yoga is a conscious relaxation or deep rest for the body and mind. In this type of yoga, you use props to support the body in a pose so you can feel a gentle stretch, yet still feel comfortable enough to be able to hold that pose for 2-5 minutes allowing for complete release and relaxation.
This practice will specifically focus on easing low back pain. If you are experiencing any discomfort or tightness in the low back, the poses held in this practice are aimed to help to loosen up and ease that discomfort.
*Props needed: 3 blankets/towels
