What you do AFTER your workout is just as important as what you do during your workout. A proper cool down and/or stretch afterwards will help reduce sore muscles, prevent injury and increase muscle recovery and repair time so you can come back even stronger for your next workout!  This 15 minute, head to toe stretching routine will be perfect to add to the end of your workout to keep your muscles healthy and flexible.
