Afraid to do or try yoga because knee pain makes it tough for you to get up and down from the floor or a wrist injury makes it impossible to even attempt chatarungas or upward facing dogs? Well no reason to be afraid any longer because I have got a flow for you! Enjoy this standing, vinyasa flow connecting your breath with movement as you move through different warrior and balancing poses without ever getting on the ground!
