No excuses! You really can do yoga anywhere, especially with this flow! Even when traveling, it’s important to take some time for you and to not let your fitness/yoga routine get away from you. This quick flow is full of standing poses, so that means a yoga mat is not even needed. This flow will focus on stretching out your hip flexors, which can get tight when sitting during long flights or road trips, as well as opening up through your chest to counteract all the hunching over you may be doing from reading or scrolling through your phone/computer.
