Do you have trouble reaching for your toes? That could mean the large muscles in the back of your thighs, commonly known as your hamstrings, are shortened and tight. This flow will take you through specific poses and stretches aimed to loosen up and relieve any tightness in those specific muscles. By the end of this practice your legs will feel more lengthened and stretched out, allowing you to get a little closer to touching those toes!
