Project Description
Restorative yoga is a conscious relaxation or deep rest for the body and mind. In this type of yoga, you use props to support the body in a pose so you can feel a gentle stretch, yet still feel comfortable enough to be able to hold that pose for 2-5 minutes allowing for complete release and relaxation.
This practice will help to keep your spine healthy and flexible! This practice will go through a few poses that will move the spine in different directions (light back bends, forward bends and twists), while also allowing the body and mind to move into a deep relaxing state.

*Props needed: 3 blankets/towels and a chair
