Did you know that there are over 20 muscles that cross the hips?! A common issue with many people are tight hips, mostly because we spend the majority of our day sitting at desks, in cars or in front of the T.V. Tight hips can cause a lot of physical issues, most commonly back pain. Hip opening poses like the ones that are done in this flow, will not only help ease that back pain, but can help improve alignment, increase circulation in your legs and just improve overall strength and mobility in your hips.
