Project Description
Suryanamaskar, also known as sun salutations, means greeting the sun. This is the foundation to a vinyasa flow. It is a moving meditation that allows you to clear the mind by focusing on connecting your breath with movement.
Greet the sun with this 10 minute sun salutation flow. 5 minutes is spent flowing through Surya A and then 5 minutes flowing through Surya B (adding in Chair pose and Warrior I). This is the perfect flow to do first thing in the morning to wake up the body and focus the mind so you can get your day started off on the right track!
